Returns

Thank you for shopping our die-cut paper products at Zapco Paper. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the following guidelines:

• Zapco will accept returns within 30 days of your original purchase date. The product must be in sell-able condition.
• You will be refunded the amount of your original purchase minus a 20% restocking fee.
• Please contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization. The product is to be returned to Zapco at your expense.
• Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable:

• Special Orders/Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged upon receipt.
• Orders with 6 packs or more of any item other than 67# White and 65# White are considered custom jobs and cannot be returned or exchanged.
